NO ABSOLUTION
Syntax: cast 'no absolution' <enemy>
Cost: 20 mana; 2 Reckoning
Temporarily reduce supported incoming healing by one quarter; natural regeneration is unaffected.
Reckoning is the Avenger's resource: up to six points, earned by weapon techniques and by the branded foe's attacks, spent on these arts. See the Avenger help for the full rules.
