Rooms

Black granite blocks form a stairway down into darkness to the east of

the altar. Cool, dry air rises from beneath and at the bottom and a wrought

iron gate stands sentinel before a dark marble archway. Steel sconces

bracket the doorway at the end of a short hall, offering pale illumination

to the shifting shadows and a darkened hallway leading deeper beneath the

Keep.

Beyond the gate emerges a domed room crafted of black marble and granite

with pure silver runes etched deeply into every block, each of which pulses

with prevalent divine power. In the center of the room sitting prominently

on a dais and enclosed in a clear crystal case rests a titanic darksteel Ark

exuding an ominous pressure, as though the whole chamber exists deep beneath

the waves. In the eastern corner above an elegantly crafted pedestal hovers

the Black Moonstone, seeping with its umbral potency. To the west lies a

second pedestal upon which an Orb containing the slow swirl of fire and ash

sits atop a dark velvet cushion. A sharply arched alcove is set within the

central wall between the pedestals, and beneath it rests a polished silver

lamp.
