Description
Granting entrance into this chamber at the heart of the Keep, two enormous, iron-bound doors are swung wide and chained open, their prodigious weight proof that they are very rarely closed. Along the southern wall is an enormous rack of arms, swords, axes, maces, and then more elaborate weapons progressing from left to right. The northern wall is similar, lined with suits of armor, from plate and chain to the right towards robes and capes and clothing to the far corner. More suits of armor with shield and weapons are scattered on racks throughout the room. Each suit is menacing and befitting a Shadow Knight, and it is these suits which give rise to the total lack of security for they are widely bruited to animate themselves and attack any who would claim items he did not personally deposit. Aisles of tables hold coffers and cabinets of Storm Keep's possessions. Each Knight appears to have a carefully labelled section, some locked and some not. Some of the coffers and armors themselves emit light whether from innate enchantment or various security measures, one can only guess. The final noticable feature of the room is the enormous vault door in the wall immediately across from the entrance. It is here that monies and treasures of the greatest value are deposited. Immediately aside the door, a small golden plaque can be seen set into the stone.
