Rooms

Deeply etched dark spellwork bracketed by purple silk curtains frames the

arched entryway into the shrine, masterfully worked into the wall and tucked

from sight by a heavy silken drape.

Within, thick purple carpeting expands across the floor from wall to wall

and over its plush breadth are cushioned black granite pews artistically

etched with scenes of roses, falling petals, and diablerie in celebratory

stances. The entire back wall is dedicated to a dias, on which rises a

magnificent altar and beyond it stands an imposing statue of Drakkara

flanked by more silk curtaining. Short pedestals surround the room, each

couched within alcoves, and on them stand vases of fresh roses. A light

haze of incense trails in lazy wisps to the domed ceiling above. An

expansive mural spans the concave, the dark glitter of amethysts rippling

with tendrils of umbral power just out of reach.
