The Savanna

Description

  The rolling grasslands spread out over the horizon in all directions, as

far as the eye can see.  The tall grasses ripple with the wind like a great

green ocean.  Far to the west a dark-looking cloud seems to hover eternally

over the horizon.  A long ways to the east, the jungle creeps towards the

savanna.  The sound of the river can be heard nearby, but there doesn't seem

to be any way to access it from here.

Description

  The rolling grasslands spread out over the horizon in all directions, as

far as the eye can see.  The tall grasses ripple with the wind like a great

green ocean.  Near to the west is a high, flat mountain which seems to tower

over the savanna from this vantage point.  The ground is beginning a gentle

ascent to the rocky cliffs.  The sound of the river trickles by and the

ground slopes gently towards it to the south, east, and west.  A narrow

bridge built of logs spans across the river to the southwest.
