Rooms

The most noticeable trait of this narrow, upscale establishment is the

large plate glass windows set in the back wall so as not to obstruct the

view of the dark waters of the city's fast-flowing river. Each table is

covered with a fine black tablecloth and set with bone china and crystal

stemware. Upon further inspection, the room has been decorated in the style

of the County of Markon, with rich brocade tapestries on the walls depicting

both military battles and agricultural scenes, as well as a large shield

painted with the seal of Markon hanging in a place of prominence by the

door. A red crystal chandelier with slender candles provides ambience by

day and dim, flickering illumination by night. A silver plaque is set on

the wall beneath the painted shield, and a single menu is placed at the

center of each table.
