Rooms

  Past two tall doors of rich dark wood is a room of great proportions. 

Each of its four expansive walls, made of black marble, are lined with

polished wooden shelves that hold countless tomes, books, and scrolls,

extending far up along the wall.  Several ladders lean against these

shelves, providing aid in retrieving items from normally inaccessible

heights.  An oval table made of some dark material occupies the center of

the room, with a number high-backed chairs surrounding it.  On this table

are several books, some open, some stacked one on top another, as well as a

candle in which to read by.  Another source of illumination comes from a

simple iron chandelier, set with eight tapered candles, hanging a few feet

above the table from a chain lost in the shadows of the black ceiling above.

A carpet of rich crimson covers the entire floor, muffling footsteps and

echoes, contributing to the quiet and relaxed atmosphere of the room.  The

office of the Chamber of Mysticism lies to the southwest, the office of the

Chamber of Theology to the southeast.
