Rooms

  Beneath the council hut you find yourself in a cairn just about large

enough that it just barely produces sound echoes.  Here is where the frost

goblins have put to rest their most honored chiefs, wisepeople, and magi. 

The rows are laid out in a grid pattern and offerings have been left on the

rims of each burial space.  Almost all the offerings are things that would

be coveted here, such as a sliver of tin, a gold coin from Althainia,

colored cloth squares, colored glass, and polished semi precious gems.  One

particular grave has an old, worn spellbook with the insignia of some long

since forgotten mage guild.  



From above a small amount of the stream at the surface has been diverted,

creating a rill that runs to a pool at the eastern end of the cairn.  At

this pool the reflection of the honored dead fade into and out of obscurity,

perhaps some kind of wild ritual magic provided by the totem standing in the

center of the pool.
