As you enter the area you notice the rolling hills of sparse grass that lead northward. A wooden spike has been injected into the ground with a sign that points northward, but the words painted on it are not legible. There is a large puddle here blocking the path that you can traverse, but is filled with a reddish brown mixture of blood and dirt.

Description
The scent of raw flesh wafts through the air as steam rises up from several bloodied corpses of blackish steeds. The burning embers of campfires scatter the area as a path continues up a northward trail. A catapult that has been broken in half and the base is turned on its side. What was once a fierce battlefield has become a chaotic piece of abandoned terrain that poorly honors the dead souls of Necrucifer that lay here.
