Rooms

  The road opens up past the temple into a large route.  Horse drawn wagons

haul supplies to the different cities for trade.  That however is the only

lingering evidence of nearby city life.  The bulk of the travelers are

composed of gypsies and vagrants.  Along the northern horizon you can only

make out the tallest of treetops from the Great Forest.  

  The elevation of the Highroad raises yet again as it climbs a steep

plateau.  A few lonely trees are up here but it's mostly open space.  A herd

trail leads from the plateau to the plains and grasslands to the north.  

  North of the road is a vast beautiful plain, home to a few wandering

leonine and wild elven tribes.  The Highroad has been paved along the side

of a growing hill that blocks the view southward.  

  North of the road the swamp lands appear to give way to a long stretch of

plains.  Large oak trees line either side of the Highroad here nearly

closing out the view of the sky above as their large low branches meet above

your head.
