Rooms

  You kick up dirt as you stop here to notice the alleyway that leads north, 

eventually intersecting with Main Street.  South Street continues to the east 

and west of here, each direction leading to their respective wall.  The smells 

of wondrous foods assails you from the northeast. 

  The usual dust of the street is here, kicked up by the moving feet of the 

passersby.  South Street continues off to the east and west.  A large building

blocks your passage to the north while the city wall blocks any passage to the

south. 

  South street continues to the east and west here, while the north and

south are blocked off by "The Golden Chalice" and the city wall,

respectively.  From the north, you can smell the food of the Chalice and

hear the faint noises of Main Street that drift over the building.  To the

south you see "The Golden Sword".  

  A little to the east you can see the guard post for the southern gate. 

Guards stand about the gate, not really paying attention, often times

walking out of your line of vision and off to the north.  The air has gotten

somewhat gritty with the dust level.  To the north there is group of shops

crammed into rows.
