  The deep, blue ocean of Roully Bab Binb or Really Big Pond in the kender

tongue was named by the kender of Arkane to the north.  Seemingly having the

'happy-go-lucky' persona itself, the waters are generally pleasant with good

trade-winds and good weather.  The waves dance about, and appear happy to

carry your ship.
