On the Docks of the Crystal Spire

Description

  A dock made of frosted crystal rises up from the water below, showing no

damage as the water crashes against it.  There are only waves upon the ocean

as far as the eye can see in all directions but north which reveals a

delicate but strong translucent blue crystal spire rising up from the ocean

like a dagger.  Upon the winds, a soft hum can be heard eminating from the

spire itself.
