Northwestern Shore

  Snow drifts from inland, making travel difficult.  Mist, thrown up by the

sea, covers everything in a coat of rime.  Resounding thunder is heard as

the sea tries to claim the Icewall with it's incessant pounding.  You feel

the wind gust once again, carrying with it more snow obscuring your way.

Northwestern Shore

  You hear the cry of a sea bird carried in on a brutal wind.  The creature

must be lost this far north.  Ice and snow for as far as you can see inland,

and the sea extends beyond sight from the near end of the glacier.  You're

in a desert of snow and ice, and right beside the sea.  High irony.
