Lost in the desert

  The desert stretches on in all directions, with no visible landmarks to

be found.

Lost in the desert

  The road has vanished, and you are no longer quite sure of where it was,

or where you came from.  All around you is a vast expanse of flat,

featureless, sand.  Very hot sand you add to yourself as a rivulet of sweat

runs down your face.  There is no choice but to press on, one direction is

as good as any.
