You stand just inside a dark pine forest. The great pines are covered at

the very top with snow and ice, but here underneath is nothing but fallen

pine needles. The branches have created a umbrella effect and has stopped

the snow from reaching the ground. The needles muffle your footsteps with

just a barely audible crunch. You can see a icy path westward while all the

other directions continue into the forest.

Edit room d A dark wet forest is all you can see. Some of the snow that

has been caught in the trees has melted and the water has fallen and seeped

into the needles on the ground. With every step, you sink a few inches into

the pine needles. The trees are blocking the wind, but you can hear the

uppermost branches dancing to its force. Every direction seems to continue

with the forest.
