Rooms

  Here in the midst of Death and decay lies what appears to be a relaxing,

decorative garden.  A small stone marker sits to the left of the pathway,

surrounded by small, white-flowered foliage, and just beyond it the path

splits, bringing focus to the pond ahead and the fountain which rises out of

it.  Creating an idyllic scene, a wide, mature willow tree stands at the far

end of the pond, right of center, its trailing branches waving gently.  The

pathway left follows a row of smaller, white-barked trees, their branches

covered in sprays of long, waxy leaves and hanging green fruit.  Slender

vines climb and twine around the trunks and branches of the trees, sprouting

their own fern-like leaves as well as pods which split to reveal bright,

shiny red and black berries within, appearing from a distance like a

multitude of ladybugs.  To the inside of the path, the side nearest the

pond, grow stalks of plentiful tube-like flowers, alternating pink, white,

and yellow.  The right- handed path is traced on the outside by tall,

wide-branching shrubs with green and dark but glossy red leaves, the ends of

the branches bursting into bright red tufts of spiked fruit.  Strung from

various branches are small silver bells, filling the air with their delicate

chimes.  Lining the inside of this route are small bushes bearing pale

violet blooms, trumpet-like in shape, the color dark at the edges and fading

to near-white towards the center.  Both paths meet on the far side of the

garden, at a small plaza.  The cobbles there have been replaced with a

mosaic map of Abaddon, cut into such fine detail the streets and alleys are

discernible while standing.  Three statues of immense size and stunning

workmanship surround the clearing, intricate replicas of great dragons, two

greens worked from mountains of malachite and jade, and a black cut from a

fortune of melanite with obsidian details.  Several ancient stone benches

are scattered along the algae-speckled paths, symbols of Fatale carved into

each one.
