Rooms

  A soaring polished arch opens into a circular room that towers upward to

a concave domed ceiling topped by the rise of a tower, a marble stairwell

ascending along the circumference of the room.  A vast illusion spans over

the rounded surface but directly in the middle is a spherical crystal pane,

permitting faint rays of pale radiance in dark lunar tones to cascade down

on the platform directly below.  The chamber is sanctified by a deep and

reverent aura of pure darkness and a distinct arcane tingle is coupled with

the enticing and pleasant drift of floral incense.  



Tall stained-glass windows reach high up the length of the rounded walls,

with eight alcoves situated between - each of which contains variously robed

statues holding the stages of the Black Moon in cupped hands.  The dark cast

of Drakkara, rising with empowered magnificence, towers above the rest

directly across from the doorway.  The ledge that runs beneath the

sculptures holds an assortment of long-stemmed roses, purple-hearted calla

and lavender, and various offerings of wealth and power.  Rounded pews that

gradually decrease in length as they near the middle of the chamber are

situated around the room in circular patterns that lead to a broad black

marble dais in the center.  It rises up above the pews and within the middle

stands an altar.  The elegant black construct is etched with divine runes

along each edge that glimmer dark indigo, with a distinct symbol of the

Goddess in the middle.  



A black granite tablet etched with silver has been affixed above the entry.
