Rooms

A potent current of power inundates this place, heavy and energizing - a

low but persistent resonance fills the chamber as a result. The walls,

floor, and ceiling are pitch black but spellwork and umbral runes shimmer as

arcana is drawn on and a series of concentric and powerful symbols made from

precious gemstones and crystal amethyst decorate nearly every available

space, focusing and containing the flow. A pocket or mirror of umbra

writhes at the very center, barely visible between ominous flashes of violet

lightning. A single bookshelf to the side of the arched stone doorway is

inscribed with arcane symbols that shimmer with sinister enchantment and

contains numerous tomes, scrolls, and dangerous magical components.
