Title

Beneath the Boulder

Description

The boulder rests closer to the ground that it looked outside! With

almost no room to breathe, let alone wriggle about, even the deep,

inpenetrable shade the giant stone affords is uncomfortable. The old,

smooth stones that water once flowed over shift noisily beneath any weight.

Outside, the sun batters the smooth stone mercilessly, the air shimmering

above it.

Objects seen

A dotting of tiny green leaves barely indicates the presence of a plant.

The splattered brains of the barrens dragon are lying here.

A steaming pile of a hurrum beetle's entrails is lying here.
