A narrow ledge curving around the north face

  The ledge here is barely narrow enough to allow passage.  A large wing of

stirges has begun to circle the peak overhead.  Their screeching has risen

to a near ear splitting level and their flight is frenzied and aggrivated. 

The ledge curves southeast onto the east face of the mountain.

     A very small nordmaar pine grows here by the side of the trail.

A narrow ledge curving around the north face

  You are very near the top of Dragonspire Peak.  The base-line of the snow

capped peak itself is only a few hundred yards further up the mountainside. 

The ledge continues around the north face heading back towards the east

face.  The screeching of the creatures flying off in the distance has become

even louder and more menacing.
