  Warm, oozing mud streaks the terrain, imbedding itself into every nook

and hole as the grayish purple mass rolls to and fro, claiming loose dirt,

pebbles and other matter as its own as it slides along to cover all in its

path.  It's depth is hard to determine and those daring to trudge across

find that their footsteps are squelched by the sticky, thick sludge even

before they begin to form.

Several slightly warped and different length logs have been tossed over the

mass of muck, bark still covering the top of the logs while the underside of

each, seems to have been cleanly stripped from the wood.  Knots and some

tiny branches stick out over the edge and thick rope binds them all

together.  While it is serviceable, it does not seem to be overly sturdy...
