Rooms

  Arching over the small brook is a quaint and weathered bridge made of

smooth oak.  The rails are low and covered in hundreds of small carvings

done in a hasty hand.  A blooming sweetpea vine has wound around one of the

rails, speckling the bridge with pink petals and filling the air with a

sweet perfume.  To the east the brook continues into the trees and

disappears from sight.  Below, the muddy banks of the brook can be seen

through the wide slats of the bridge.
