  The air begins to charge with electricity and the scent of ozone upon the

air where an intersection of hallways within the Storm Keep branch off.  At

even intervals around the room four obsidian obelisks radiate un-light that

reflects off the polished black marble walls.  Large tapestries drape the

walls depicting both victories and defeats.  Above, translucent crystal

forms a protective dome over the Keep, umbral lightning can be seen arcing

across the sky near Drakkara's spire.  The faint sounds of portals crackling

can be heard from the north, and down the marble staircase.
