      "rawDescription": "  Beneath the council hut you find yourself in a cairn just about large\n\nenough that it just barely produces sound echoes.  Here is where the frost\n\ngoblins have put to rest their most honored chiefs, wisepeople, and magi. \n\nThe rows are laid out in a grid pattern and offerings have been left on the\n\nrims of each burial space.  Almost all the offerings are things that would\n\nbe coveted here, such as a sliver of tin, a gold coin from Althainia,\n\ncolored cloth squares, colored glass, and polished semi precious gems.  One\n\nparticular grave has an old, worn spellbook with the insignia of some long\n\nsince forgotten mage guild.  \n\n\r\n\nFrom above a small amount of the stream at the surface has been diverted,\n\ncreating a rill that runs to a pool at the eastern end of the cairn.  At\n\nthis pool the reflection of the honored dead fade into and out of obscurity,\n\nperhaps some kind of wild ritual magic provided by the totem standing in the\n\ncenter of the pool.  \n\n\r\n",
